TrackRacket was formed to identify and document how the excessive noise generated by the NJ Motorsports Park affects the quality of life and property rights in the surrounding communities.
Membership is open to all those who share our goal to reduce the excess noise levels we are currently experiencing.
Click on the "Subscribe" button on the left hand side of this page and follow the easy step by step instructions. The $100 membership is good for a two year "subscription" to TrackRacket (that's $50 per year).
Lawsuits are costly, but when spread over a large group the cost to each person remains low.
If you have donated money in the past to help get us this far, then that amount will be credited to your membership fee and you only pay the difference. Please contact us and we can calculate your balance. If you have donated more than that $100, you are automatically enrolled. Again, if you are in question of your status, please contact us.

When TrackRacket was first formed, it required no membership
fee as we did not know exactly where our efforts would lead. We felt it was not fair to ask people
for money when we did not know what we could deliver in exchange. We have relied solely on generous
donations from those who are as committed as we were to do something about the
excessive noise that has completely altered our way of life.
On behalf of the residents who live within the vicinity of
the NJMP, we keep constant pressure on the City Officials to take action, we
write letters to the newspapers to bring attention to our pain and suffering,
